I'm Ariel Chetrit. After more than two decades in senior leadership — most recently as group CFO of Strauss — I left the summit of corporate life to walk, alone, into a forest. I came back with a different idea of success. Today I walk with leaders and seekers on the same passage: from autopilot to awareness, from fear to love.
For most of my life I followed a clear path — accounting and economics, an MBA, a career in finance, and senior roles culminating as the group CFO of a large, public food-and-beverage company. From the outside, it looked complete. Inside, a quiet question kept returning: is this all there is?
That question eventually became a calling. I left, and spent some hundred days alone in a cabin in the Blue Ridge mountains — writing, walking, meeting my own fear, and listening. What I found there wasn't an escape from the world of work and responsibility. It was a deeper way to live inside it.
Now I bring both worlds together — the rigor of the boardroom and the wisdom of the heart — to help others grow. Not toward a polished “best self,” but toward a fuller, more honest, more meaningful life.
